MAKE my Week #15

this week's MAKE is more of a reMAKE...

part 1:

i know, my first reaction is one of alarm too! don't worry, this isn't what i made this week...

this is a purchase from my Tuatapere op-shop hop during our south island trip in march.

i've been on the Prowl for an Owl for awhile with the intention to do this:

actually, the original intention was to BAM! him in glossy red...but my red glossy paint had dried up hadn't it.

i still think he'll end up being glossy red one day as bleh blue just doesn't BAM! quite the same does it?

part2:

and then, i've been wanting to do this for aaaages but haven't had the right kind of stones.... until the same south island trip :

doily + round smooth rocks from the south coast of nz = gleeee!

ooooohhh~
